Where can I buy software for really cheap prices so I can resell them for a potential profit in my business?

I am thinking about starting a business selling software online, but I am trying to find cheap places where I can buy it. I definitely do not want to go to places like Best Buy, as I don’t want to sell my software for greater prices than Best Buy.I have looked at Software Depot, and it seems possible, but I would like to know the credibility of this and other cheap-software selling places. Thanks!

i have no experience with software depot. the link below has quite a few. i don’t know if you only want to sell new software (recently released or new in package), but if not, you can always buy local. like at odd lots or clearance rack or thrift shops/yard sales. there’s a link below that sells lots online. i also think i came across a site once where you could sell other people’s software, like free master resell rights, or something. of course it was all digital. so you’d have to host the files and offer download. but it seemed to have potential. anyways, hope i was of help. good luck!
