I want to work in the software business, what should i do?
asked: i want to know how to own and run a busness, so i decide i want to go to a business colledge. But also i want to know how to create programs. both require long years at colledge, i don’t know if i should be a software designer and work for someone, or run a business and have people work for me. i could also be some sort of executive. i really want to get into the business and marketing.

Programming and Repair. Start off getting books on programming at Borders or other bookstores until you get into college. Study them well, and practice on your computer, or an old one if you’re working on repairing them…
In College, take Computer programming and repair courses along with the maths and languages you will need.
Meanwhile, start working FOR someone until you get the feel of the business. You don’t want to just go head off into a business you really know nothing about until you are comfortable. Pay attention to every detail that you can catch, and note it. Don’t be afraid to ask questions!!!!!
You may be able to get a job with Google or something. Look in your local paper. Computer geeks are in great demand these days!!!!!
